What I did:

• interview
• lots of trac tickets on the 4th day
• meet teammates
• form a team, content platform, inspired/borrowed from Netflix
• propose streaming solution, DASH, ffmpeg, Bento4, GPAC
• meetings with KDDI, enjoy the business trip to Tokyo
• sponsor PyCon APAC 2014 as gold member, as a sponsorship chairperson

What I learnt:

• software industry is totally different than you thought, no matter you’re from different industry or the same one.
• lots of things is proceeding, just like WIP!
• when you’re lucky to cowork deeper with one engineer, do it hardly and completely.
• team building from scratch is tough, and there is no dream team initially.
• studying documents, ppt and excel, from Japanese is a task to learn. try get used to it!
• be humble when you’re the first Python developer/evangelist in the team or even the whole company.

What I enjoyed:
